Lots of ink being spilled and bits being generated on the news that the Napster-to-go DRM is hackable. The hack is too complicated for it to be meaningful to the masses, and like most have noted, anything playing off a soundcard can be ripped. Syd sums it up pretty well.
What's really amusing though is how Steve Jobs and Chris Gorog are ratting on each other like a couple of kids.
